Citizenship is possibly only if a person is born on Laiklandic soil to two Laiklandic parents. Once in New Laikland, keep in mind that Laiklandic people are strongly anti-immigrant, and anybody that isn't some sort of highly regarded person may be subjected to discrimination by our citizens.
